Cross Walk - Carbondale, IL

I can’t believe that next week will be the 1 Year Anniversary of Sharing the Cross!

So tonight we decided to walk one of our first sidewalk trails and talked about where it all began.

I just wanted to share the symbol of the Cross that night with people passing by. Thinking that God could use that to give Hope or Encouragement to those that needed it. I really didn’t think about having any encounters with people, but we did!

There was Dre, carrying a case of beer walking the same direction as we were. We said hey as we were passing by and then offered to carry his “package” in the wagon for him. So there we were, walking down the sidewalk, pulling a wagon with a lit-up cross and a case of beer talking about Jesus… Only God could have orchestrated that encounter!

There’s been so many other encounters, testimonies and just neat things that we have witnessed God do this past year.

I’m excited for the next to come!
