Sharing The Cross - Carbondale, IL

It's easy to get discouraged when there's not much encouragement involved to what your doing. I kind of felt that way tonight as Gus and I Shared the Message of the Cross in Carbondale. That is, until we were approached by Rob, a passerby that made a point to stop and personally encourage us. He expressed with excitement how neat the LED Cross and the Jesus Saves signs were as he thanked us for sharing our faith that way!

Thank You Rob for going out of your way and making a difference for us tonight. To me, that's what it's all about. Being a help and encouragement to others wherever we are. That little bit of effort can make a big difference in someones day. It did for me tonight.

Let's look for those opportunities to encourage those around us...
