Sharing the Cross – Marion, IL

It was a special time sharing the Cross tonight because our cousin David from Florida came out with us! We had barely setup the wagon and pulled the “Jesus Saves” signs out when Tim walked up (pictured in the middle). He was driving by when he noticed us and just knew he had to stop to talk. He was very encouraged about what we were doing and wanted to show his support!

Another man named Brad pulled up a few minutes later. He was passing by from out of town and was also encouraged by the Cross. He pulled out his phone to share pictures of 3 large Crosses he had built and wrapped with LED lights to put on the edge of his property that borders a highway. He also enjoys sharing the hope of Jesus’ message with his community!

Next, we met Joe. A nice older man that was walking by who was living on the streets. We were able to give him a McDonald’s Gift Card so he could get something to eat. We want to thank those who give towards this cause and help us continue to buy gift cards for people like Joe! It’s an easy way to show someone they matter and that God loves them.
